About this role
Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion activities in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures Supervise daily work activities, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule Ensure full compliance with EASA Part-21 and Part-145 requirements, including: Aircraft inspections Torque application and verification Installation and verification of locking devices Sealing procedures Inserts installation EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) requirements Verify that maintenance documentation, task sign-offs, tool control, and inspection processes are completed accurately Perform certification and inspection duties within the scope of authorization, including return-to-service activities where applicable Ensure the correct use, handling, and control of tools, equipment, and aircraft materials Promote a strong safety culture, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
