Position Title: Information System Security Manager (ISSM) Location: Chantilly, VA Clearance: Active TS/SCI required U.S. Citizenship required OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking for an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide overall cybersecurity oversight for classified and unclassified systems. Supports RMF execution, accreditation activities, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide overall cybersecurity program management for assigned classified and unclassified information systems. Oversee execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including categorization, control selection, assessment, and authorization activities. Manage the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process and maintain system security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, risk assessments). Direct and oversee ISSOs and cybersecurity staff supporting assigned systems. Oversee continuous monitoring and vulnerability management programs, ensuring timely remediation of identified risks. Serve as the primary cybersecurity interface with the government Authorizing Official (AO) and customer cybersecurity staff. Ensure compliance with applicable DoD/IC cybersecurity policy (e.g., DoDI 8510.01, ICD 503, CNSSI 1253). Report cybersecurity incidents and coordinate response activities in accordance with program requirements.
