As a member of the Sales Team, Client Relations Director plays a crucial role in creating, managing, and nurturing relationships with new & existing direct clients and partners including: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prospect and develop new client leads in collaboration with the Marketing team Qualify prospective clients to ensure a good fit and long-term partnership potential Work with the Owner Partner Team to tailor proposals across company offerings Lead the closing process and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payment completion Oversee the Experience Team to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded across planning, homes, and staffing services Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including booking quotas, prospecting activity metrics, and CSAT scores COMPENSATION Competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €3,000 to €3,400 Commission Plan structure Minimum of 20 days of paid time off annually Paid public holidays in accordance with the Serbian holiday calendar Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable Serbian labor law Work equipment stipend Private health insurance Flexible work schedule, subject to business needs and management approval
