About this role
We are seeking a UK Business Representative to support the compliance requirements of a UK-registered company. This is a remote, part-time appointment with very little ongoing involvement. The initial onboarding may require approximately 1–2 hours during the first month to complete documentation. Once the company's bank account has been established, the role becomes largely passive, with only occasional administrative requests. Key Responsibilities Assist with corporate documentation when required. Remotely sign documents relating to company banking arrangements. Respond to occasional compliance-related requests.
