A growing cleaning company operating across the UK is looking for dependable Vacant Property Cleaners to take on residential cleaning assignments. You'll be responsible for making empty properties look their best and ensuring they are fully cleaned and ready for new occupants. The Role You'll carry out comprehensive cleans of vacant residential properties, including: Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces Cupboards, appliances and fitted units Doors, frames, blinds and other fixtures General dusting, wiping and sanitising Detailed cleaning of areas requiring extra attention Final checks to ensure the property is ready for handover Why Join Us? Flexible part-time work Cleaning assignments available in your local area Most properties require between 4 and 8 hours of cleaning Weekday opportunities with regular weekend work Instructions and job details provided ahead of each booking Rates & Extras £15 per hour £18 additional payment per completed job when you supply your own cleaning equipment and products Travel time paid where applicable Client parking expenses covered, except where the property only offers street parking Experience & Requirements We're looking for cleaners who: Have at least 2 years' end-of-tenancy cleaning experience Are confident working independently Take pride in delivering a consistently high standard Have their own cleaning equipment and products Have access to a reliable vehicle – public transport is not suitable Communicate clearly and professionally Are punctual, trustworthy and dependable
