About this role
We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategic Valuation & Modeling team in Munich or Frankfurt as a Senior or Manager. In this role, you will work with experts in the field of valuations, transformation, restructurings and transaction services, but will mainly focus on: Performing and reviewing complex valuation models; You value companies, intangible and tangible assets as well as strategic alternatives in connection with tax, transactional and accounting matters. You provide support with fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and structure Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce; Managing the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders; and Steering and providing guidance to more junior team members
