Global Banking & Markets New Client Onboarding London 6 Months FTC The New Business Group sits within the Client Experience organisation and owns pre-trade client relationships across the division. The team communicates and coordinates with clients across documentation, account opening and configuration, ensuring optimal client experience. Whilst predominantly aligned by clients, team members are also aligned by sales desks across the division (FX, Equities, Credit, Rates, Commodities etc). The team works closely with sales coverage, legal, credit risk, operations, compliance and clients to ensure clients are ready to trade in the smoothest manner. Our core value is building strong relationships with our Tier 1 banking clients. Team members develop strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and building strong personal connections (client meetings, regular pipeline reviews etc). Team members are expected to understand dynamic changes in commercial demands of the business as well as grow subject matter expertise in commercial, legal, KYC and regulatory requirements. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial team sitting across EMEA, US and APAC, with individuals who thrive in the fast-paced, changing environment of the trading floor.
