About the role As we grow, we're excited to invite a skilled Supply Chain Analytics Consultant to join our Axon™ delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with customers and be a key contributor to Axon implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment and seamless integration of this advanced supply chain analytics solution. You will work with complex big data environments, leveraging a software solution-oriented mindset and a strong commercial understanding to drive optimal results. #LI-AM1 In this role you will: Build and apply a solid understanding of client needs, industry best practices, business processes, Axon solutions, technical architecture, and the overall value proposition. Configure the application, support testing and validation, ensure data accuracy, and develop value cases in close collaboration with the Solutions team, which is responsible for data integration and digital twin quality. Lead small projects by coordinating activities, driving progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring successful delivery. Support customers after implementation by maintaining strong client relationships, driving value realization and solution adoption, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Contribute to product improvements and support pre-sales activities through customer engagements, demonstrations, and proposal development.
