THE ROLE As Sales Operations at Y.CO, you will work closely with a Senior Sales Broker, providing dedicated administrative and operational support to help manage their sales portfolio and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities. Acting as a trusted partner, you will play a key role in supporting yacht listings, client interactions, proposals and transaction processes, enabling the broker to focus on business development and closing sales. You will take ownership of organising and maintaining sales documentation, preparing presentations and marketing materials, coordinating listing activity, and ensuring all systems and records are accurate and up to date. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will ensure deadlines, checklists and workflows are consistently met. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will liaise closely with internal teams including Marketing and Creative to support yacht listings, events and promotional activity. You will also contribute to market intelligence, assisting with research, client proposals and maintaining up-to-date yacht data across systems.
