Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP.</li><li>Support the preparation of IFRS reporting packages for Group reporting.</li><li>Perform account reconciliations and ensure high-quality financial data.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Prepare management reports, KPI analyses and financial presentations.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.</li><li>Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reports.</li><li>Support external auditors, tax advisors and statutory reporting requirements.</li><li>Act as a key user for SAP FI/CO and support process improvements.</li><li>Participate in finance digitalization and automation projects.</li><li>Work closely with Controlling, Purchasing, Sales and Operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.</li></ul> Job Requirements <ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>working Experience with integrated business systems such as ERP solutions, travel and expense management systems, banking platforms, and reporting tools</li><li>Able to work independently and effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment</li><li>Very good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations</li><li>High Level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality, trustfulness and a high standard of work ethics</li><li>Profound knowledge of German tax, accounting standards and regulations</li><li>Good knowledge of business intelligence tools, mainly SAP FI/CO</li><li>University degree or comparable qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.</li><li>3–5 years of professional experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting or Controlling.</li><li>Practical experience with SAP FI/CO and finance-related applications such as travel and expense management, treasury, banking, and reporting systems</li><li>Understanding of finance data flows, interfaces, and integrations between accounting, travel management, procurement, HR, and banking systems</li><li>Good understanding of IFRS reporting.</li><li>Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.</li><li>Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.</li><li>Experience in an international manufacturing environment is an advantage.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills.</li><li>Experience in process improvements or finance digitalization is desirable.</li><li> Sufficient command of spoken and written English and German </li></ul><strong>Nice to Have</strong><br><ul><li>Experience with Group Reporting.</li><li>Experience in an international corporate environment.</li><li>Knowledge of consolidation processes.</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>Initial exposure to listed companies or IPO-related reporting.</li><li>Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is considered an advantage</li></ul>
