Our flagship platform, Virtus, is a next-generation VTOL loitering munition system that combines precision, autonomy, and reliability to deliver tactical superiority on the battlefield.</span> About the team We are a team of the Procurement Department which is responsible for all procurement activities of "Stark-defence" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY — one of the most technological producers of UAVs in the EU. Our work focuses on making best choices to fulfill production and R&D needs of our company in time. Your mission We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist — team player with good communication skills who will become part of our Operational department. Responsibilities <ul><li>Procurement tasks for manager within the Ukraine and Europe;</li><li>Communication with the suppliers;</li><li>Communication within the company with the inner consumers;</li><li>Research for best prices and solutions for inner consumers;</li><li>Ordering for raw materials and mechanisms for production and R&D;</li><li>Control of orders arrival to the warehouse;</li><li>Cooperation with quality department in situations of “unsatisfied quality”;</li><li>Filling of control of documents arrival.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>High education – economics will be an advantage;</li><li>Good communication skills;</li><li>Work experience in the same role previously not less than 1 year;</li><li>Basic Understanding of logistics and post services;</li><li>Experience in usage of Microsoft 365; </li><li>English level – intermediate at least; </li><li>Ability to work with a couple of tasks at the same time;</li><li>Ability to work with stressful tasks;</li><li>Experience with orders for microelectronics or electric equipment;</li><li>Experience with ERP Systems.</li></ul> Nice to have <ul><li>Experience with ERP System NetSuite.</li></ul>
