You will: <ul><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Facilitate Onboarding: Set up and manage our "Relu Academy", a learning corner on our platform that shows customers everything Relu can do, kept alive through continuous updates to our knowledge base, the AI bot, and our tutorial videos</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Boost Support: Manage all tickets from customers and set up a system for doing so. This includes automating as many recurring questions as possible by building and maintaining the Knowledge Base, which our AI uses to answer them.
