Descripción del puesto / Funciones <p>¿Eres especialista en <strong>MuleSoft Platform Operations</strong> y te apasiona garantizar la estabilidad, disponibilidad y evolución de plataformas de integración?</p>Buscamos un/a <strong>Integration Platform Engineer Expert</strong> para incorporarse a un entorno tecnológico internacional, participando en operaciones <strong>L3</strong>, resolución de incidencias complejas, automatización y mejora continua.<br><br><strong>¿Cuál será tu misión?</strong><br><br><p>Formarás parte de un equipo técnico internacional encargado de asegurar la operación y evolución de la plataforma de integración, trabajando en:</p>• Soporte y mantenimiento de la plataforma en entornos productivos.<br>• Resolución de incidencias complejas y tickets escalados desde L2.<br>• Troubleshooting mediante logs, monitorización y herramientas de diagnóstico.<br>• Gestión de capacidad, rendimiento, disponibilidad y escalabilidad.<br>• Análisis inicial de causa raíz (<strong>RCA</strong>) y definición de acciones correctivas.<br>• Soporte a despliegues, releases y cambios en producción.<br>• Desarrollo de <strong>scripts de automatización</strong> para tareas operativas repetitivas.<br>• Gestión de incidentes críticos y procesos de restauración del servicio.<br>• Elaboración de SOPs, documentación técnica y Knowledge Articles.<br>• Identificación de problemas recurrentes y propuestas de mejora continua.<br>• Seguimiento de KPIs operativos, calidad del servicio y cumplimiento de SLAs.<br>• Coordinación con equipos internos y proveedores externos en un contexto internacional. Estudios Grado en Informática, Ingeniería, Telecomunicaciones o formación equivalente relevante. Requisitos mínimos <ul><li><p>Buscamos experiencia sólida en <strong>operación y gestión de plataformas MuleSoft</strong>, no en desarrollo de APIs:</p></li><li>5-7 años de experiencia con MuleSoft Platform Management / Operations.</li><li>MuleSoft Omni Gateway / Flex Gateway.</li><li>Terraform.</li><li>GitHub.</li><li>OpenShift.</li><li>OAuth / OpenID y mecanismos de Authentication &amp; Authorization.</li><li>AWS – nivel foundational.</li><li>Azure – nivel foundational.</li><li>ITIL / gestión de procesos ITIL.</li><li>Argo CI/CD.</li><li>Inglés C1.</li><li>Capacidad para trabajar en
