No complicated pricing, no hidden fees, no surprises - just one flat rate for all cards.</p><strong>Employment type:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Location:</strong> Amsterdam - onsite 5 days per week What you'll do <ul><li>Set up workstations for new colleagues: laptops, monitors, and accounts are ready on their first day.</li><li>Ensure that hardware continues to function through proactive maintenance, checks, and the management of our IT inventory and assets.</li><li>Investigate and resolve technical issues and malfunctions - ranging from software and drivers to connectivity and liaise with suppliers as needed.</li><li>Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and handle questions and tickets quickly and courteously.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain software, drivers, and internal tools.</li><li>Manage access and permissions (access management) in accordance with our internal security guidelines.</li><li>Provide support for Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive, including file sharing and access permissions.</li><li>Document IT processes and write clear manuals for colleagues</li></ul> Who you are <div style="margin:4px 0;padding:0;color:#1d1c1d;"><strong>This role is perfect for you if:</strong></div><ul><li>You have an interest in IT, and some initial experience (internship, part-time job, or training) inIT support is a good foundation; more important is your eagerness to learn.</li><li>You have work experience with the Microsoft ecosystem.</li><li>You have a basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, connectivity).</li><li>You are familiar with the basic principles of cybersecurity, such as MFA, phishing, and password management.</li></ul><strong>A plus if:</strong><br>● You have a strong problem-solving, hands-on attitude and work proactively.<br>● You thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
