Your mission <p style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">A well-established, international Real Estate & Property Law Consulting company offering across-the-board Sales & Legal Services to international clients wishing to purchase a second home in Greece, is looking for a <strong>Legal Associate</strong> to join the Thessaloniki team.</p><br><p style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">We are looking for a dynamic individual with passion and true commitment for personal and professional development.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';"> </p><p style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';"><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Participate in Legal handling of the property purchase process on behalf of our clients</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Locate and coordinate collaborators (e.g. notaries, lawyers) on a national level to execute legal processes</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Contact accountants on a national level to address tax related matters in the context of property purchase</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Perform due diligence for properties in local land registries and / or Hellenic cadastre</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Produce detailed and accurate legal documents to facilitate the completion of the purchase process (e.g. POA, private agreements)</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Review notary documents to ensure accuracy of information and compliance with agreed terms</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Organize the process of the signing involving all concerned and travel to assigned destination to finalize the transaction</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Stay up to date with legislation amendments to provide top-tier legal advice for clients</li></ul> Your profile <p style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Legal studies</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">2 – 3 years working experience in Real Estate or similar environment</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Sound knowledge of the English language / Familiar with legal terminology</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Active driver’s license</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">Flexibility to travel</li></ul> Why us? <p style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;font:13px 'Helvetica Neue';">A market leader with a 35-year presence in the market, Elxis – At Home in Greece has offices in Utrecht, Crete and Thessaloniki and employs a diverse team with young professionals from Greece and abroad, specializing in Sales and Legal Services.</p>
