Mission <p>As GTM Strategist, you will build the strategic foundation that enables Aily to scale repeatable, high-impact go-to-market motions and drive top-line growth. </p><p>You will help develop Aily's industry depth, strategically position our demo products & experiences and work across multiple business function to sharpen our GTM messaging.<span> </span></p><span><strong>What you'll do</strong></span><strong><br></strong><ul><li>Develop Aily's point of view across industry verticals: identify key business needs, develop corresponding AI use cases, create GTM message and strategy</li><li>Own the quality of Aily's demo environments and experiences by translating complex product features & technical capabilities into executive-ready narratives</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Impact, AI, Engineering and Product teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and execution</li><li>Opportunity to define and build new, repeatable programs and processes to support GTM teams as Aily scales</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li><strong>3+ / 5+ years</strong> in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a GTM Strategy role within a technology company</li></ul><strong><em>Must have</em></strong><ul><li><strong>Communication & collaboration: </strong>Clear and confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences across multiple business functions.</li><li><strong>Startup mindset & ownership: </strong>Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and accountable. You have the ability to take a vision and bring it to life.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail: </strong>Track record of producing executive-ready output<span> </span></li><li><strong>Familiarity with AI tools: </strong>Experience integrating AI tools and platforms into daily workflows and processes</li></ul><p><strong><em>Nice to Have</em></strong></p><ul><li>Coding skills in Python and/or SQL, able to explore data, validate analyses, and work credibly alongside AI and engineering teams</li><li>Experience working with AI, data, analytics, and/or enterprise SaaS products</li><li>Experience building or scaling programs at a high-growth startup or scale-up</li></ul>
