Main duties of the job
Anima total triage system supporting efficient workload management.
GP clinical administration sessions shared on a rotational basis across the team.
Personal patient lists, enabling continuity of care and strong doctor-patient relationships.
Well-structured clinical sessions with protected administration time:
Morning:8 telephone consultations, 5 face-to-face appointments, clinical huddle and admin time.
Afternoon:7 face-to-face appointments, 5 telephone consultations and admin time.
Six weeks annual leave plus one week study leave per year.
TPP SystmOne clinical system.
Accredited teaching practice with opportunities to support and develop future healthcare professionals.
Home visits undertaken by our experienced Visiting ANP Team.
Regular dedicated admin sessions allocated according to sessions worked.
Monthly clinical meetings and protected training sessions.
Supportive and collaborative practice culture with a strong focus on clinician wellbeing.

Qualifications Essential
Eligible for full registration with, and hold a current licence to practice from the GMC and inclusion on the Performers List on start date.
