Job summary Are you an experienced Mental Health Professional looking to utilise your clinical skills in a different and rewarding environment? The Isle of Wight Dementia Outreach Team (DOT) are seeking an ambitious and caring Senior Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join our existing team. The Dementia Outreach Team are proactive and highly skilled at managing risk and supporting service users on the Isle of Wight who are presenting in crisis. The DOT service are passionate about providing alternative options to hospital admissions, so you can expect to be undertaking rewarding and highly intensive work. We looking to recruit a compassionate, dedicated, and conscientious individual, who wants to make a positive difference to adults experiencing a dementia-related crisis.
