Job summary
We are seeking an exceptional and visionary senior nurse leader to join the Leicester Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR ICB) & Northamptonshire (ICB) Cluster as our Director of Nursing and Quality - Complex Care.
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping system-wide services during a period of significant transformation--leading the delivery of high-quality, safe, and integrated care for some of our most vulnerable population.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will provide ICB senior leadership for safeguarding and high-complexity care, including individuals with significant health, social, and developmental needs across SEND and vulnerable populations.

Please note this role will require a minimum of 2 days 'on patch' working in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland in our 2 main offices or partner sites.

Knowledge, Training and Experience Essential
Current valid registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council Educated to master's level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area Extensive knowledge of and expertise in specialisms relevant to function and role Proven and significant leadership experience Significant evidence of continued professional development Demonstrated expertise in a Healthcare environment Significant management experience at senior level in the NHS or other public healthcare related industry Proven Board level experience of leading and delivering complex change and strategy development programmes in a politically sensitive and complex environment Proven record in transferring processes and roles between locations. Commissioning expertise in healthcare environment Member of a relevant professional body
