Job summary
Deliver a smooth and effective patient engagement service by liaising professionally with patients on the waiting list. Act as a key point of contact for patients experiencing long waits. Manage EPR to ensure all patient contact is recorded promptly and accurately. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in DrDoctor. Maintain spreadsheets to ensure activity is up to date, accurate, and easily shared.
