Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ET
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour (non-negotiable)

Position Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately received, processed, packed, and shipped in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Primary Responsibilities
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Load and unload trailers
• Palletize and stretch-wrap skids
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and sit-down propane forklifts
• Roll, package, and handle laminate sheets
• Put away and retrieve hardware and inventory
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience performing similar duties
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
Additional Responsibilities
• Operate RF scanners/barcode readers + read paper pick tickets as needed
• Count inventory for accuracy
• Stock incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
• Pull customer orders accurately
• Package shipments for delivery
• Create shipping labels using warehouse software
• Work efficiently while standing for the duration of the shift
Physical & Mechanical Requirements
• Package and count products accurately
• Operate mechanical laminate rolling equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Work effectively with teammates in the laminate department
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
• Safely lift up to 75 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Experience
• Sit-down forklift experience (preferred, not required)
• RF scanner/barcode gun experience
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with warehouse shipping software
