About this role
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Take end-to-end ownership of packaging artwork production projects. Accurately interpret client requirements and brief the design team to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
• Oversee project timelines, facilitate communication between clients, frontline teams and designers, and proactively drive on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor project execution, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner to boost overall project efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage quotations and invoices, track payment status, and maintain relevant documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• College diploma or above
• CET-4 or above; competent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing for daily work communication.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience; candidates with packaging design or printing industry background are preferred.
• Strong project management mindset and execution capability, able to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills to manage client requests and unexpected issues.
• Meticulous, responsible, self-motivated and quick to learn.
