About this role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals.
• Implement and train others on treatment plans and goals.
• Model appropriate techniques related to the implementation of treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Supervise Group Leaders and Habilitation Specialists in the implementation of treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain individual/family confidentiality.
• Commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
• Attendance and punctuality is essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to run
• Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
• Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s).
• Qualifications are subject to change in accordance with government regulations.
