About this role
The Sr. Producer will oversee photo and video shoot logistics as well as event production and operations for campaign, editorial, catalog, wholesale, E-commerce , still life shoots, and brand activations. This role works closely with Sales/Marketing, Design, Direct to Consumer, Digital Asset teams, as well as, the in-house stylists to schedule shoots and events, research /present and book talent and crews, issue call sheets and run-of-show documents, location scout, cast models, maintain equipment and monitor the upkeep of the in-house studio and event production needs and lead budget planning and financial oversight across all productions.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all production logistics of various campaign , editorial, catalog, E-commerce and still life photo and video shoots for the brand , as well as brand events and activations.
• Collaborate with the Snr Director Fashion Communications on all talent for photo/video shoots and events including event vendors, locations, model castings, set design, staging, lighting, hair and makeup in line with approvals and direction from Art Director/Creative Director.
• Manage photo shoot schedules and event production schedules, and effectively communicate the schedules to appropriate individuals.
• Monitor all shoot teams on set and during events to ensure successful and timely execution including forecasting, cost tracking, and reconciliation.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with talent, agencies, vendors, and venues to optimize budgets without compromising creative quality.
• Track and report on production spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements .
• Create and manage the budget for all shoots, and events, generate and maintain call sheets, deal memos and shoot calendars as well as run-of-show documentation.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of in-house photo studio including sets, equipment log and deliveries and support event production needs.
Desired Background:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10+ years of experience of production in photography and video and events.
Skills:
• Prior experience of Film/Art History/Photography/Architecture/Design a plus
• Ability to manage expectations, set deadlines and follow up on projects
• Capable of forming strong relationships with vendors across the photo and video industry as well as with talent agents.
• Managerial experience with a can-do attitude is a plus
• Strong ability to negotiate fees with talent agencies and reps
• Must attend and manage the flow of the day of all shoots
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, keen problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be able to interact across departmental divisions and integrate/collaborate with them
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic and energetic demeanor which helps foster an upbeat working environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Experience with cost estimation, vendor bidding, and production reconciliation .
• Experience in event production and brand activations, including vendor coordination and on-site execution
• Ability to manage multiple production timelines across shoots and events simultaneously
• Skilled in run-of-show planning, live event troubleshooting, and guest experience management
• Strong negotiation skills across both production vendors and event partners
Base Salary Range:
• The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
