Job Title: CNC Operation & Programmer
Reporting to: Manufacturing Manager
Nature of the Position: Full Time
Role Overview:
The job holder is responsible for operating and programming computer-programmed machinery that perform a wide variety of functions, such as drilling, cutting, or shaping materials.
Key Responsibilities:

• To make the program, set and operate CNC Machine tools for each component.
• Responsible to Correctly book all working hours on/off the time booking system
• Responsible for Adhere Hunting QMS & HSE system procedures, work instructions.
• Responsible for Adhering to the Quality & HSE Policy.
• To recommend the needs of fixtures and tools for increasing efficiency in machining of each component.
• Responsible for making optimum use of tools/inserts and fixtures for maximum productivity.
• Provide all required tooling information and reduce cycling time for all programs.
• Manufacture components accurately to relevant Engineering drawings and specifications.
• Report any non-conforming components to supervisors and QC Department.
• Authorized to use suitable tools and cutters based on the machines
• Authorized to perform Daily preventive maintenance of machine as per the prescribed instructions. Ensure the care of all machinery, tooling and equipment used.
• Authorized to modify machining parameters and CNC Program
• Authorized to stop the process if any deviations/concerns about product quality and HSE
• Accountable for maintaining dimensions as per the drawing
• Accountable to Keep the machine area and work area clean and tidy.
Additional Responsibilities,
• Promoting Hunting Health, Safety and Environmental policies, and communicate effective awareness of the risks and hazards to all personnel and maintain controls necessary for their safety and that of others.
• Performing all duties in accordance with the Company's Quality Procedures and work Instructions in order to deliver and maintain the highest standards of quality for all products and services.
• Developing self within role and participate in and develop from training and developmental activities assigned to oneself.
• Understanding Hunting's service and product offerings
• Establishing self as a subject matter expert with customer and expert in designated technical/professional discipline
• Creating and maintaining good working relationships
• Understanding and using of the correct reporting lines
• Employees are expected to work whatever reasonable hours are necessary to meet the requirements of their job.
• Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis, so a degree of flexibility is required.
• Ad hoc duties as reasonably required from time to time.
Key Measurements:
1. HSE 2. Personal (Development) 3. Efficiencies improvement 4. Completing allocated jobs on time, i.e. reducing NCR's, meeting production targets, are completed in a safe manner and to required quality standards
Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
• Relevant certificate or diploma of industrial training or technical education
• Full Saudi Driving License is desirable
• At least 4 years of experience in similar role is desirable
• Extensive Ability and knowledge of operating CNC milling/lathe and various hand tools such as grinders, etc.
• General understanding and skills of CNC machines components is desirable.
• Must be able to use and read Micrometers and various other measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

• Individual must be able to speak and follow instructions in English.
