Salary Pay Grade: M032 - $36,800 - $121,200 Computed according to the Salary & Partnership Goal Worksheet *Please note that this position requires that the candidate raise a partnership team to cover their salary.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
Ministry and Leadership Development
• Oversee Campus outreach events globally
• Provide character coaching for sports teams and develop initiatives that identify and train leaders in a variety of campus fields.
• Coordinate faith-informed seminars on mental health awareness and available support resources.
• Share the gospel and provide biblical teaching, prayer, spiritual guidance, and discipleship through campus events and other ministry opportunities.
• Equip students, athletes, and emerging leaders to understand, communicate, and apply a biblical worldview.
Program and Relationship Coordination
• Coordinate and provide administrative and project support for global campus initiatives and leadership development programs led by the Global Ambassador.
• Plan and coordinate campus engagements, workshops, seminars, and special events from development through completion.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, logistics, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, athletic organizations, churches, campus ministries, ministry leaders, and other strategic partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand the reach and impact of global campus and leadership initiatives.
Partnership Development
• Develop and maintain a team of ministry partners who provide prayer and financial support for the position.
• Dedicate the equivalent of one-half day each week and at least three weeks each summer to building and maintaining a full partnership team.
• Perform other ministry duties and special projects as assigned by the Global Ambassador.
Minimum Qualifying Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field preferred
Minimum Qualifying Experience:
• Two years public speaking experience preferred
• One year of experience in program leadership, event management, or a related area.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Excellent verbal, written, and public-speaking skills.
• Knowledge of Scripture and the ability to communicate and apply biblical principles in ministry and leadership settings.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, logistics, and deadlines.
• Ability to build effective relationships with students, ministry leaders, churches, universities, athletic organizations, and other partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global ministry environment.
Required Licenses/Certificates
• Current ordination, ministerial license, or recognized ministerial credential required.
Physical Requirements:
• Same as any administrative office position.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to participate in campus events, conferences, and other ministry activities that may require extended periods of standing or walking.
