Responsibilities
• Install hand railings and other architectural metal products on commercial job sites.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials and equipment.
• Perform field measurements and verify dimensions as directed.
• Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hand tools in accordance with company safety policies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Assist Lead Installers with layout, assembly, and installation activities.
• Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, and fellow team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
• Ability to safely install railings and other architectural metal products in accordance with Greco's safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to read and interpret basic shop drawings and installation prints.
• Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing priorities effectively.
• Ability to travel extensively and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial construction or a related trade preferred.
• Experience installing railings, miscellaneous metals, or similar architectural products is preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools, taking measurements, and reading installation drawings.
• Welding experience is beneficial
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Other
• This role utilizes a company vehicle to travel to job sites, so the person in this role must have a current Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
• This role must be able to travel Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. Hotel accommodations are paid for and Installers receive a per diem for each travel day.
• Temp to hire
