About this role
Essential Responsibilities
• Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality and provide outstanding customer service.
• Efficiently process guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Perform Night Audit responsibilities, including balancing daily transactions, completing financial reports, and preparing the hotel for the next business day.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and guest account records.
• Follow Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Previous hotel Front Desk or customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous Night Audit experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating systems.
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
Schedule Requirements
• Full-time position with a flexible schedule.
• Must be available to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Must be available to cover shifts for employee vacations, call-offs, and other business needs as required.
