40-Hour Workweek
Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
• Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Evening Shift (Monday to Thursday)
• Monday to Thursday, from 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Hourly wage ranging from $25.88/hour to $36.43/hour and Evening shift premium: $1.75/hour
Contributing to this role means:
• Note and report defects in materials, tools, and equipment to your supervisor and protect them from damage; Keep your work area clean; Follow safety rules; Follow the company's quality procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards. Operating an overhead crane safely; Grouping steel to be shipped or received safely; Loading, securing, balancing, and tying down loads in the truck safely; Calculating the weight of shipped or received loads; Ensure that materials are shipped or received in accordance with the shipping or receiving slip; Keep inventory up to date; May be required to operate machinery (yard truck and forklift);

Required professional profile:
• Spoken and written languages: French and English (an asset);
• Technical knowledge: overhead cranes and steel industry;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Adaptability, autonomy, manual dexterity, initiative, and dynamism;
• Organizational, analytical, and responsibility skills.
