We're looking for an ambitious Field Sales Manager to lead our Netherlands Field Sales Team, grow market share, develop exceptional sales talent, and help more salons succeed.

What You'll DoLead, coach and develop a team of approximately 12 Field Sales RepresentativesDrive new business growth and increase Treatwell's presence across the NetherlandsBuild a high-performance culture through field coaching, one-to-ones and regular feedbackMonitor KPIs, pipeline, forecasting and Salesforce performanceDevelop territory strategies that maximise prospecting, walk-ins and venue acquisitionPartner cross-functionally to continuously improve sales processes and customer experienceRequirements
About YouYou'll have:
Proven experience leading successful B2B or Field Sales teams - 2 years minimum years of people leadership experienceStrong coaching and people development skillsA genuine passion for new business sales and winning customersExcellent commercial awareness and analytical skillsExperience managing KPIs, pipelines and CRM systemsA hands-on leadership style—you enjoy being in the field with your teamFluency in Dutch and EnglishBenefits
