As a Support and Deployment Engineer, you will deploy and configure systems architectures to ensure security frameworks are properly implemented. You will work closely with systems administrators and project team members to support system configuration, and to set up and maintain cost-effective and efficient hardware and software deployments that satisfy project requirements.
Requirements
You will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring to prepare you for the following responsibilities:
Deploy servers with hardening and firewall policies between serversSupport the deployment of applications developed by Azeus in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.)Carry out the deployment of applications developed by Azeus on client premises. You will be prepared to handle server and application software hardening, firewall policy setup, etc.Identify and analyze system integration problemsResolve server issues by identifying the root cause and taking immediate remedial actionFormulate and implement corrective actions in case a problem re-occursFormulate and implement preventive actions to prevent issues from happening againIdentify recurring tasks and recommend tools to automate those tasksBe on-call for support casesWhat we are looking for:Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skillsGood organizational skills; able to work well under pressure and time constraintsFlexible and able to adapt to changing shift schedules, as you may be assigned to work on weekends, holidays, and across different time zonesExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
