Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain Supply Chain data across internal systemsProduce and distribute regular Supply Chain reportsCreate and maintain product and supplier recordsSupport Demand Planners with administrative tasksProcess and maintain documentation relating to purchase ordersCoordinate meetings and prepare reports where requiredFile and maintain Supply Chain documentation in accordance with company proceduresUpdate expected delivery dates on retailer ordersAssist with new booking in dates for deliveries to retailersUpdate databases with delivery status and confirm PODsSupport continuous improvement activities within the departmentProvide general administrative support to the wider Supply Chain teamRequirements
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm UK time or 8am–5pm UK time
Location: Permanent Work-From-Home
