We're looking for an Operations Associate to keep our daily guest and property workflows running smoothly. This is a remote, hands-on role that touches every part of the operation—guest communication, turnover coordination, vendor follow-up, quality control, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Support: Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, complaints, and urgent guest issues via phone, text, and platform messaging.Turnover Coordination: Schedule and confirm cleanings, track supplies, review property photos, and ensure units are guest-ready on time.Vendor Follow-Up: Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors, track open tickets, verify completed work, and escalate delays when needed.Quality Control: Monitor guest reviews, spot recurring issues, and suggest improvements for properties with declining ratings.Incident Escalation: Respond to noise or behavior alerts, de-escalate professionally, document clearly, and escalate serious matters to management.Requirements
Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, property management, or operations.Experience with software for operations, scheduling, or team communicationStrong spoken and written EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedComfortable making calls to guests, cleaners, vendors, and property teamsAble to work independently in a remote environmentFamiliar with spreadsheets, messaging apps, and task management toolsCalm and professional when handling complaints or urgent problemsBenefits
