We are hiring at Alliance Enterprises for an experienced and dynamic Associate Project Manager to join our Product Operations Team in the US!

Position Summary

This position performs entry-level project coordination work under close supervision while developing the knowledge and skills necessary to manage software implementation projects independently. Work involves supporting Project Managers with planning, scheduling, documentation, customer communications, and project administration while gaining experience with Alliance project management methodologies, software implementation processes, and customer engagement.

The Associate Project Manager follows established procedures, utilizes standard project templates, and assists in coordinating project activities while developing proficiency in project management practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software implementation projects and small customer customizations.Coordinate small customization projects and project activities under the guidance of senior Project Managers.Utilize and maintain standard project plans, schedules, templates, and project documentation.Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, and distribute project communications to customers and internal stakeholders.Maintain project schedules and coordinate date changes with internal review and approval.Prepare and distribute customer status reports and meeting notes using standard or customer-required templates.Maintain project documentation, including deliverable tracking and quarterly deliverable summaries.Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to understand project scope and ensure project deliverables align with customer agreements.Coordinate with Resource Managers to monitor project scope and assigned work.Support internal project processes, including change requests, documentation, and project deliverables.Build positive working relationships with customers while supporting the primary Project Manager in customer communications.Participate in project meetings and assist with tracking action items, risks, and project milestones.Complete required Alliance product, project management, and implementation training programs.Participate in cross-functional learning opportunities with Customer Support, Account Management, Accounting, and other departments to develop broader organizational knowledge.Attend customer implementation activities as assigned to gain project management experience.Perform other related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience coordinating projects, customer service, business operations, or administrative support preferred.

Preferred Education and Experience

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification or the ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe is preferred.Experience working in a software, technology, or professional services environment.Familiarity with project coordination or implementation activities.Experience working with state government, human services, case management, or enterprise software is a plus.Exposure to Microsoft Project or similar project management software.

Travel Required

Travel may be required on an as-needed basis.

Physical Requirements

$68,000 - $84,000
