Role Purpose Co-Lead of the Project - Program is responsible for a successful planning and implementation of a pilot project and learning lessons from it. (S)he is co-leading the program team and supporting FR efforts and driving development of the 2026+ strategy. Co-Lead of the Project - Program is ensuring high expert level for RUDI and GP (country related) outputs. Due to the pilot nature of the project, responsiveness is a key area, thus Co-lead - Program is handling GP response on external events (be that RR, EWE, or opportunities) and initial development of new areas. Main Responsibilities Strategic and conceptual Oversee strategy development (developed by the team jointly) and implementation. Co-create the overall strategy. Oversee project plan implementation. Monitor developments in relevant areas and identify and pursue campaign opportunities. Lead on rapid responses. Liaise with GPI, other GP NROs and projects, including international ones (COP efforts, SDSP, etc.). Ensure safety and security of the team and partners, working closely with Project Co-Lead - Security. Implementation Be accountable for program outputs. Enable project implementation according to the agreed strategies and plans. Oversee all aspects of the rolling campaign planning process, including long term strategy development. Monitor external reality and pursue campaign opportunities. Identify and act upon Rapid Response situations. Represent program work towards Steering Committee, GPI, and other NROs, including CEE. Liaise with external partners. Represent Greenpeace in relevant fora. Act as a central communication point on status of campaign projects for national and international staff, as required. Collaborate with grant management team to ensure funding for the project. Undertake specific projects and work at request. Leadership / Support / Coaching Back up, provide timely feedback, and support Project Co-Lead, Processes and Security. Ensure coherency of the program team. Facilitate processes to resolve potential resource and personal conflicts. Escalate timely all relevant issues to a task giver. Build credibility of the RUDI team inside the global family. Coach and support team members. Peer-to-peer support. Compliance / Keeping Framework Conditions Ensure program activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure that program activities align with the organization's ethical guidelines.
