We are looking for a Guest Correspondant Agent for the next season (spring/summer 2026) to join our Front of the house team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will Report to the Head Concierge.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Review reservations to make sure they are correctly inserted in the PMS system; Support the Front Desk in the daily operations, according to the company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times; Follow-up with central reservations department in case of missing correspondance; Maintain professional relationship with Guests and Colleagues; Anticipate Guests' needs; Handle deposit and commisions payments.Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in front desk role in luxury hotels; Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure; Fluent in Italian and English. A third Language is required; High standards of service; Knowledge of Microsoft Office package; Good communication skills. Benefits
We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Guest correspondant Agent; Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path; Monthly gross salary around € 1.750, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR; Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals; Accommodation in our staff house including breakfast; Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period; staff cantine; Discovering Belmond programme, which offers team members complimentary; accommodation at Belmond hotels, discounted rates for our trains, cruises and safaris, and discounted food and beverages.
