We have a full-time temporary opportunity (37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday) for a Laboratory Technician to join our Winnington site in Northwich where we produce sodium bicarbonate. This job will initially be for 3 months however there may be an opportunity for it to be extended. Being able to drive and holding a full UK license with no bans or convictions is essential for this role. This role is offered on a contract basis via our recruitment partner Morson, you will be paid weekly after submission of an approved timesheet. Working as part of a team of a dedicated lab team, you will be: Collecting samples from sample points located within chemical process plant areas. Conducting analysis and interpretation of results. Undertaking analysis and investigations on non-routine samples. Managing the laboratory calibration schedule and stocks of laboratory consumables including reagents. Providing support and guidance to the Process Operations team.
