Contract: Zero Hours Salary: £14.24 p/hour Location: Market Place, Chipping Norton, OX7 5NA Closing date: Wednesday 12th August 2026 Love retail and making a difference? Our busy charity shop is looking for a Zero Hours Cover Supervisor to help keep the shop running smoothly, support our volunteers, and welcome customers searching for their next great find. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure every visitor feels welcome – two-legged or four! – and that the shop is a friendly, inviting place to browse. You’ll also champion Blue Cross and the incredible work we do for pets and people whenever the opportunity arises. On the sales side, you’ll drive Gift Aid sign-ups, process donations, price items to maximise fundraising and keep the shop floor looking its best. From eye-catching window displays to tidy rails and shelves, you’ll ensure everything is attractive, safe, and ready to sell. This new shop space is a great place to work, acting as a mini hub for stock, with plenty of treasures waiting to be discovered. You’ll also support our fantastic team of volunteers, keeping the day running smoothly while maintaining a positive and fun atmosphere. We have a highly motivated team who are brilliant, team-focused, and actively involved in local events, creating a busy but friendly working environment.
