About this role
We are currently seeking a Landscape Architect to join the HMB team This position may be located in either the HMB Lexington or Louisville office Responsibilities: Provide leadership in creating compelling and environmentally-conscious designs for various projects, including parks, public spaces, and commercial properties. Develop concept plans, design drawings, and presentations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders. Ensure designs adhere to local codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Oversee all phases of projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other design disciplines to maintain open communication and ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective measures. Possess a good working knowledge of civil engineering as it relates to landscape architecture
