We are looking for a Roadway Design Engineer in Lexington, Frankfort, or Louisville KY with the opportunity to work on signature projects and collaborate with other design staff. That’s why we strive to create a work environment that challenges and inspires our employees, igniting their passion and drive to achieve greatness every day. · Support the completion of roadway design tasks through collaboration with project teams and mentorship from senior engineers · Work closely with Project Managers to ensure designs meet schedule and budget expectations · Gain valuable experience with the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role through mentorship and increasing responsibility · Prepare timely and accurate design drawings, details, presentations, and construction documents in accordance with applicable standards · Assist in the preparation of permit applications and submittal packages for review by regulatory agencies · Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, right of way staff, utility providers, project stakeholders, and contractors under the direction of senior staff · Support the development and tracking of project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure project objectives are met
