DRMP is seeking an experienced Senior Alternative Delivery Project Engineer to help lead the pursuit and delivery of some of Florida's most impactful transportation infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with a high-performing team to develop innovative Alternative Technical Concepts (ATCs), geometric roadway designs, and construction plans that drive successful Design-Build pursuits. Your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams will play a critical role in winning and delivering complex transportation projects throughout the state. This position is available in Orlando or Tampa, Florida , with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule that supports both collaboration and work-life balance. Perform engineering designs including geometric alignments, profiles, cross-sections, construction, and Temporary Traffic Control details. Creation of engineering documents including Typical Section Packages, Pavement Design Reports, and Variation/Exception Reports. Perform advanced MicroStation, GEOPAK, OpenRoads processes using 3D modeling. Coordinate plans, calculations, and specifications amongst multi-discipline engineering teams.
