We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Traffic Design Engineer who enjoys hands-on design, creative problem-solving, and collaborating with a high-performing team. Join our growing Tampa office and contribute to exciting projects ranging from highway interchanges and roadway widenings to innovative intersection designs that improve safety and mobility. Experience with Signing and Pavement Marking Plans, Signalization, Lighting and ITS plans design Assists Group Leader with the marketing, preparation of scope of services and fee estimation for potential projects. Collaborate with clients, subconsultant partners, technical staff, and managers across multiple disciplines to develop quality deliverables within schedule and budgetary requirements Direct and mentor less-experienced support staff Conduct engineering investigations and planning work by completing well-defined tasks including collection and analysis of data; perform routine calculations, and participate in evaluating the feasibility of alternate solutions
