Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Construction Manager for our Bossier City, LA office. As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate would have the opportunity to become deeply involved in how we plan, deliver, modernize, and manage our existing utility systems. The role would be encouraged to bring creative ideas forward and would have access to the technical staff, operational knowledge, and organizational resources needed to turn those ideas into practical improvements. Project Planning : Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution. Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee that construction work meets the highest standards and adheres to project specifications. Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel and compliance with OSHA and other safety standards. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, project stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and solutions.
