We are seeking seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Antioch, TN facility. This position will support all production/facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment and maintain the facility to be in excellent condition. The successful candidate must have a strong electrical and mechanical background. Perform electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on complex equipment. Perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of 480V 3 phase electrical control circuits, 277 volt single phase, 208 volt 3 phase supply voltage, 110 volt ac, 24 volt ac/dc machine control wiring, wiring motor starter, breakers, relays, switches, motor control circuits, device control circuits and PLC control systems. Running EMT. Machinery and equipment installation to include ability to read blue prints, electrical schematics, welding and sheet metal fabrication. Perform preventative maintenance as required on all systems and equipment. Maintain records to ensure accountability of time, parts and repairs to meet regulatory compliance.
