An established mechanical contractor in the Oklahoma City metro is hiring a Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager to help the business pursue more opportunities and deliver projects smoothly from startup through closeout. This is a long-term growth role for someone with strong mechanical-construction experience who wants meaningful ownership, a practical team environment, and a clear opportunity to grow with the company. What you will do Lead mechanical estimating work and help the team pursue new project opportunities. Review plans, develop scopes, and apply mechanical knowledge to prepare accurate estimates. Support project management across active jobs, including responding to field and superintendent questions, coordinating information, and keeping projects moving. Manage submittals, job startup activities, and closeout processes. Work closely with company leadership and project teams to take pressure off a busy, growing operation. Visit job sites when appropriate for the project and your experience level.
