RWDI is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our Acoustics team in Guelph, Ontario. This is a junior to intermediate level position . The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience analyzing and resolving challenging environmental noise or architectural acoustics problems in a consulting environment. The role includes but is not limited to: Conducting field measurements and inspections at commercial, residential, institutional, and construction sites primarily around the greater Toronto area. Producing high quality, thoughtful analysis using commercially available software packages and in-Taking ownership of timeline and budget to deliver a successful project from data acquisition through analysis, consulting, and reporting. Taking a client-focused approach, where your technical skills support the success of your client’s projects. Communicating complex technical concepts in straight-forward language. Adhering to a defined quality assurance process. Active and frequent communication with project managers, clients, and others within the Acoustics team. Note that practitioners within the Acoustics team are purely technical. This role does not involve project management. There are, however, opportunities to interact with clients and support the project management team.
