With growing demand for our services, we are recruiting Cost Managers for London based roles, where you will play a key role on some of the most ambitious and exciting projects being developed today. Role Responsibilities Lead and support the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors. Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying & Cost Management duties. Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on budget. Client relationship management and development. Comply with established Commercial, Procurement, Contractual strategies. To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures. Candidate Profile Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline. Chartered / Professionally Qualified (MRICS or equivalent), or studying toward. Experience Experience delivering pre and post cost management on a range of projects and programmes including pre-construction cost planning and estimating and post-contract financial management.
