Position: Parking Lot Supervisor Location: Wailua River State Park Shifts: Part Time - Must be able to work Weekends Pay Rate: $23/hour The Parking Lot Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily parking operations, ensuring efficient traffic flow, exceptional customer service, and enforcement of parking policies. This role supervises a team of parking attendants or enforcement officers and ensures compliance with safety and operational procedures. Supervise parking attendants, cashiers, and enforcement staff assigned to the lot. Oversee vehicle entry/exit flow, lot occupancy, and space availability to optimize efficiency. Ensure staff provide courteous and timely service to customers. Monitor adherence to parking rules, ticketing procedures, and fee collection. Handle and resolve customer concerns, disputes, or incidents professionally. Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the lot. Train new staff on procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations. Verify accuracy of collected revenue and ensure timely bank deposits or handoffs. Coordinate with maintenance or technical staff for repairs to gates, pay stations, or signage. Maintain accurate records of staffing, incidents, and shift activities
