The Premier League’s Partnerships team is responsible for relationship management, contractual delivery and activation across all Premier League Partners The Partnerships Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of key commercial partnerships, with a primary focus on Coca-Cola and Guinness. We have a wide variety of responsibilities. These include organising the competition and its Handbook as well as managing the centralised broadcast and commercial rights. The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation’s intellectual property, support the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and liaise with governing bodies and other leagues. Where possible, you will attend the office or site visits in line with our company policy. All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements. Manage the day-to-day relationships with select Premier League Partners at a Global level, acting as a trusted point of contact. Support the delivery of contractual rights, ensuring all obligations are fulfilled and approvals are managed in a timely manner. Set and measure clear objectives and key performance indicators to measure partnership performance, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities for growth. Drive value for key partners by supporting the development and delivery of activation programmes aligned with their business objectives and the Premier League’s strategic priorities Work closely with Premier League Clubs to manage partner-related rights, obligations and opportunities. Manage the approval and delivery of Partner campaigns, including support across Premier League digital platforms. Collaborate with Premier League and Partner teams in local markets to maximise visibility, engagement and activation opportunities in priority territories. Managing external resource requirements, including external activation agency and consultant relationships. Manage partnership invoicing and budget tracking and support annual budget projections. Work closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager to proactively identify additional activation opportunities to maximise the value of the Premier League to Partners.
