We are a team of Chartered Independent Financial Planners, recognised by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). We provide holistic financial planning advice across wealth management, family protection, retirement planning and property finance. As an Associate Financial Planner, you will work closely with experienced Chartered Financial Planners to support the delivery of high‑quality financial planning and wealth management advice to high net worth individuals, trustees, charities and corporate clients. The role combines a strong paraplanning focus with associate‑level responsibilities, including increasing exposure to client relationships, technical planning and service delivery. This role is well suited to an individual with paraplanning experience who is looking to broaden their responsibilities and progress towards an advisory position. In conjunction with the Chartered Financial Planner, you will support client account ownership, including more complex and higher value client relationships. Responsibilities include: Support Chartered Financial Planners in delivering high‑quality, holistic financial planning advice to a portfolio of clients Undertake technical financial planning research and analysis, including cashflow modelling and suitability reporting Assist with the preparation of recommendations, annual reviews and ongoing client servicing Support client onboarding, including fact finds, analysis, documentation and engagement letters Build and develop strong relationships with clients, contributing to trusted adviser status over time Attend client meetings and annual reviews where appropriate, increasing exposure to client relationships Assist with proposals, fee discussions and engagement management, in line with firm procedures Support business development activity, including prospect meetings, presentations and cross‑selling opportunities Collaborate closely with advisers, client service teams and wider colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience Ensure all work meets regulatory, compliance and quality standards
